This week our school received our very first Green Flag! This was awarded by Green Schools in recognition of the work done to reduce litter and waste in our school. The flag was raised by Lord Mayor of Fingal, Cllr Cian O'Callaghan and can now be seen flying proudly in front of the school. Keep an eye out for the Fingal Independent and North County Leader newspapers next week and see if you can spot us! Also on the Green Schools theme, congratulations to Louie who won a prize in the art competition in the school this week, based upon our idea of what is involved in a green school. Well done Louie!
